Important information about scheduling your delivery, please read carefully
- Customer responsible for arranging and paying for delivery with the service of their choice.
- Deliveries should ONLY be scheduled once items are physically in the store. Any delivery scheduled for special order items before they have arrived will risk being delayed. We will contact you as soon as your order has arrived into our warehouse.
- Schedule delivery at your convenience. The delivery provider will know when we are available for loading and you will not need to give us advance notice.
- Price shown is *STARTING PRICE for local/in-town delivery. Final price will be given by service provider upon contacting them and will depend on distance from store, quantity of items and amount of service requested. **HelloHOME does our best to guesstimate delivery fees when asked, but we cannot guarantee final pricing.**

Pick-up Policy
Below are guidelines to help you schedule the pickup of your merchandise:
- For security purposes, we photograph license plates and loaded vehicles.
- We reserve the right to refuse to load merchandise into or onto vehicles that are deemed unsafe for transport.
- Please bring material to secure your merchandise for transport. Hello Home does NOT provide ropes, straps, or other material.
- Due to liability issues, we cannot assist you in securing the load to your vehicle.
- For security purposes, you must notify us before the pick-up day if someone other than the person named on the order(s) is picking up on your behalf.
- For security purposes, you must present a valid drivers’ license to pick-up orders. We may scan drivers’ license to validate authenticity.
