Return Policy

ANY RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF HELLO FURNITURE MANAGEMENT.

ALL APPROVED RETURNS MUST ARRIVE BACK IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

IT IS SOLELY THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN ITEM(S) FROM CUSTOMER’S HOME TO HELLO FURNITURE TO RECEIVE A REFUND or EXCHANGE. Hello! Furniture is NOT responsible for transportation (or fees) of pre-approved returned or exchanged items.

ALL REFUNDS WILL INCUR A MINIMUM $15.00 PROCESSING FEE AND UP-TO 40% RESTOCKING FEE

Items not eligible for returns under any circumstances:

  • Items held by customer for longer than seven (7) days
  • Items that have been assembled, used, modified in any way
  • Any pre-assembled / floor model items (full price or discounted)
  • In order to keep our store free from pet dander, fleas, bed bugs, and other possible allergens, the following items will never be accepted for return/exchange: UPHOLSTERED ITEMS, MATTRESSES, BOX FOUNDATIONS, PILLOWS AND LINENS.

CUSTOM BUILT FURNITURE REQUIRES A NON-REFUNDABLE 30% DEPOSIT. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Most furniture sold by Hello! Furniture comes with a warranty provided by the manufacturer (unless sold as-is, which will be notated on your invoice at time of purchase). Warranty coverage varies by company, and requires proof of purchase, as well as proof of damage or defect. Manufacturers reserve the right to repair, discount, or replace items at their discretion. IF the manufacturer elects to replace or exchange an item - it is the CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY to return original item(s) to Hello Furniture. Exchanges MUST be exchanged for the exact same item on original receipt.
